For emo/punk girls?

so I really want to start dressing like an emo/punk because I am one I just don't dress like one

so I was wondering how do you get your eyeliner really dark?

can you tell me the product to?

and maybe some ideas for a new emo hair style?

right now I have long blonde hair with side swept bangs

any other suggestions or ideas let me know!

first off.. be yourself. ok, i recommend dying your hair either white blonde or black (you may add colours in if you wish.) invest in lots of alternative and darkly coloured clothes, band tshirts, skinnyjeans, converse, messengerbags, pins, etc. use a black eyeliner and cake the stuff on, however dont apply it all under your eyelashes because that looks gross. you may wish to put some along your top lashes also. then just gradually collect clothing that you like and that looks good on you, not just things that you like on other people. dont go over the top all at once. ease into the scene. hope that helps.

get kohl eyeliner and smudge it. wear with black eyeshadow but i wear glitter shadow so....

anyway.

get your hair cut to above your shoulders %26amp; get it layered with side swept bangs.

and get brown or red highlights in your hair!!

You can buy liquid liner at any drug store like Walgreen's or even safeway, and for your hair since its blond you could put the bottom half black and the top blond or add a pink or blue streak

I'm not trying to bash anyone with this answer of mine but ...are you dressing up as an emo/punk just because you want to look like one or are you actually an emo/punk listener? Because most of the time, when you dress up like one, you should also be able to know different emo/punk band and actually LISTEN TO THEM. It's not just to be in the-know, but it's not to embarass yourself when they say "hey, you're a punk/emo! Who do you listen to?" and all you can answer is.. "oh no, i just love how they dress!"

You'll be a laughing stock to the REAL emo/punk.

I'm a emo/punk enthusiast myself, but i don't dress like one because i don't find the essence of being all black, with dark-eye liner and colored hair. Instead, i just be myself and is still "in". :)

dye to top layer of your hair black, get black eyeliner [use bonnebell], cut your hair to make it long but not too long. like 1/3 down your backish.

If you like good prices go to Walgreens for your eyeliner to bring out that "Elvira Mistress of the Night" look and pick out Covergirl. If like quality and don't mind spending the money go to ULTRA to get it or Hot Topic. Now for your Emo hairstyle. If stil lwant it long but black streaks in your hair and make it a spiky choppy look. Also buy alot of black and buy a band tee shirt.
